Meditators of all levels will benefit from this combination of yoga and meditation practice, with support from community and an experienced teacher.
Meditation can be easy, simple, refreshing and grounding. And meditation is a natural part of the yoga practice.

Sessions include:

Three Saturday 2-hour workshops, practicing with Chintamani Kansas (aka “C”), Senior Instructor at mang’Oh

Gift of mala beads for mantra practice

45 minutes of full-body, deep stretching and yoga, involving seated and reclining poses—safe and effective for all bodies

Clear Meditation Instruction

Meaningful Meditation Time to explore the practice

Resources to support ongoing practice

Recordings of the guided meditations to play at home

Chairs or floor cushions, to support comfort of all participants

Please note: Participants must be willing to get down and up from the floor at least one time to participate in the yoga stretching. Assistance will be provided, upon request.
Please dress in layers, as we will be sitting and moving.

Chintamani teaches classic and specialty yoga in New York City, and is a longtime Teacher Trainer in the mang’Oh 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training Program. She continues to study yoga, yoga for injuries and other healing modalities, including Anatomy, Pilates and Mindfulness Meditation.
